After submission of this form, one of our team members will contact you if we have a potential match for your request.

We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to guarantee your preferred schedule or instructor at this time, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that our facility is closed on Saturdays. Once we have matched you with an instructor, we will arrange payment which is due before lessons begin.
