• Private Lesson Costs are as follows:

• Individual lesson $25, Semi-Private (2 person max) $25, for Residents

• Individual lesson $35, Semi-Private (2 person max) $35, for Non-Residents

• Participants may complete up to 8 lessons before their request will be marked at completed. If interested in continuing, participants may submit a new request.

• All lessons are 30 minutes long.

• All requests will be added in the order they are received to the Private Swim Lesson interest list. Depending on the season and staffing levels, wait times can vary.

• If an instructor is available to accommodate your requested days and times, they will reach out to the phone number provided on the request card to schedule the first lesson.

• Please note that a more open availability increases the likelihood of accommodating lesson requests.

• If we are unable to accommodate a private lesson request within 1 month, the request will be removed from the interest list and an email notification will be sent. Inability to accommodate lesson requests is most often due to availability issues. If a lesson request has been removed and you would like to remain on the interest list, a new request with an updated availability will be required.

• Once lessons have been scheduled, guests are required to check in and pay for each lesson at the front desk prior to attending the lesson. Upon payment, a ticket/receipt will be issued for each individual participant. This ticket must be turned in to the instructor prior to the lesson.

• Lesson cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance; otherwise it will be considered a no show (emergencies will be taken into consideration).

• Please arrive early to allow time for payments and locker room needs. Lessons will not be taught and will be considered a “no show” for any student that arrives 10 or more minutes late to the scheduled time.

• “No shows” for scheduled lessons 2 times will result in cancellation of future scheduled lessons and the request will be discarded.

• Lesson instructors are not obligated to extend the lesson beyond the scheduled time. Please be on time.

• These guidelines may continue to change as we continue to develop this program to make it the best possible.
